This Development Cohort is a 3-part strategic journey designed to transform that feeling of overwhelm into confidence. When you join this cohort, you're not just signing up for a series of sessions; you're stepping onto a launchpad, surrounded by like-minded leaders, all working to contribute to good in our world.

We work to define your Core Claim, the heart-centered logic of how your work changes lives, and your Internal Alignment to ensure your mission is focused and your capacity is protected. You will leave with the foundation of your C.L.E.A.R. Strategy Workbook and a roadmap on how to find the reliable data and stories needed to complete the rest of your strategy before our next session.
Session 2: Measurement for your Credibility
Session 2: Measurement for your Credibility
We move from counting heads at activities to measuring the actual transformation in a person's life. We will teach you how to create rubrics and introduce professional measurement tools to ensure your work is bearing fruit. You will leave with the specific objectives and outcomes needed to set strong SMART Goals that prove your mission’s credibility to any funder.

Session 3: Invitation for your Impact
We audit your supporter experience to ensure every touchpoint demonstrates your core belief: the donor is more valuable than the dollar. We will build the stewardship systems that transform one-time givers into lifelong partners. You will leave with a 90-Day Donor Stewardship Action Plan and a proven model you can use for your next campaign.

A 3-week strategic launchpad designed for leaders to bridge the gap between vision and reality. We provide the systems that build lasting capacity so you can focus on the mission.
Format: Three 90-minute interactive sessions via Google Meet.
Investment: $150.
The Group: Limited to 8 leaders to ensure high-touch coaching and intentional connection.

Express Interest: Fill out the interest form to share your availability (days + time windows).
We Form Your Group: Once at least three leaders have overlapping availability, we launch the cohort and coordinate exact dates.
Confirm Your Seat: You'll receive a calendar invite + invoice. Your spot is secured once the $150 is paid. If an organization is sponsoring your spot, be sure to collect their Network Code and include it on your registration.
